The Galaxy S21 Ultra is a bold attempt by Samsung to combine
the most important functions of the S and Note series into one phone. The
top-end Galaxy S21 series smartphone is the best in both worlds. From a buyer's
point of view, the S21 Ultra gives them exactly the desired S-Pen support
(which they need to buy separately) or with the most advanced Android hardware.
Here are our first impressions of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G.

Galaxy S21 Ultra Display and Design
The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a 6.8-inch WQHD + Dynamic
AMOLED 2x display with a variable refresh rate between 10 Hz and 120 Hz.
According to Lapps, this display has a better contrast ratio, better color
correction and automatic refresh rate. Changes between 10 Hz and 120 Hz
depending on the content on the screen. There is Corning Glass Victus
Protection for the front and back. In short, this is without a doubt the best
performance on a phone.
The appearance of the device depends entirely on which color
version you choose. The black version does not look particularly good compared
to silver. The Galaxy S21 Ultra (12 + 256 GB) is priced at Rs 1,05,999 and is
available in both black and silver. On the other hand, the Galaxy S21 Ultra (16
+ 512 GB) is available only in black. It costs Rs 1.16.999.
It is a large and heavy phone measuring 75.6 x 165.1 x 8.9
mm and weighing 228 grams, fortunately it is slim and you can comfortably have
a massive 6.8 inch display. The huge camera module on the back staggers the
device and is a bit sharper on the edges as well. The phone doesn't look much
different from the old S20 Ultra, but has some nice touches.
Samsung
Galaxy S21 Ultra Chipset, 5G and Battery
This smartphone runs on the latest 5nm-based Exynos 2100 5G
SoC, which is reportedly faster, more energy efficient, and has better thermal
management. During our limited use, we did not encounter many problems.
However, recording the 8K video made the device warm up. We will talk more
about this and overall performance in our full review.
It is available with 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 16 GB
RAM + 512 GB storage. There is a 5,000 mAh battery with fast charging and
reverse charging so that you can drain the battery of other devices.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra has 5G support like the other two
phones and support for Wi-Fi 6E. Other connectivity features include embedded
ultra-broadband (UWB) features that allow you to automatically unlock car doors
compatible with your Galaxy S21 device without having to remove a key. However,
this feature is not available on cars in India. With the UWB-enabled Galaxy S21
Ultra and Galaxy S21 +, you can also use the AR Finder to enter virtual
messages so that other Galaxy smartphone users know they need help finding the
missing item. There are SmartThings for Android Auto. You can also use your
Galaxy S21 Ultra to control smart devices from your car to your home.

Galaxy S21 Ultra Camera Features
Galaxy S21 Ultra has 12 MP Dual-Pixel A / F-Ultra-Width, 10
MP and 3x with Phase Detection-A / F-F-8-Width and Two Telephoto Lenses Or
there is a quad camera setup with 10x optical zoom. Has 100x digital zoom and
laser auto focus. Samsung introduced a new zoom lock feature that stabilizes
photos while using higher zoom for better clarity. A resolution of 108 MP has
been achieved with 12 MP (12 MP x 9) non-binning technology, which claims to
improve shooting in low light conditions and better noise reduction.
The device can take great pictures and videos in good light
conditions. 100x zoom is yet to be worked out. In dark conditions, you have to
adjust the settings to get the desired result, rather than relying on auto mode
only.
The front has a 40-megapixel selfie camera. The S21 Ultra
allows you to record 8K videos at 24 frames per second. After you capture 8K,
there is a feature called Video Snap that allows you to create 8K resolution
stills from video. Also, you can shoot in 4K at 60 frames per second across all
lenses, including front and rear four lenses. There is also a 12-bit RAW file
option.
The new mode includes Director View, which allows you to
capture video from different cameras including the front camera and enhance
single shots. Samsung is expanding the ability to record audio while recording
video in Pro mode via wireless earbuds, a USB Type-C microphone and an internal
microphone.

Galaxy S21 Ultra First Impressions
There is no doubt that it is the most feature packed and the
most advanced Android phone from there. You can't ask for anything better. For
someone who has not used a Galaxy S or Note series phone before, this device is
a huge upgrade compared to the affordable flagship. That said, there may not be
much for those who are already using the latest Galaxy flags. When it comes to
spending more than 1 lakh rupees on a phone in India, questions like "why
not buy a foldable Samsung phone instead" cannot be ignored.
